4. Delivery Partners

5. Delivery Refusal / Failed Attempts
If a customer refuses to accept the parcel without valid reason or is unreachable after multiple attempts, future orders may be restricted.
6. Proof of Delivery & Damages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the package is visibly damaged, take clear photos and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
