Terms of service

By placing an order on our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Order Confirmation
   All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is placed.
2. Pricing & Payment
   Prices are in PKR. We accept Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer. Orders via bank deposit are processed once payment is confirmed.
3. Shipping & Delivery
   Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times may vary based on location. Delays caused by couriers are beyond our control.
4. Returns & Refunds
   Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items. Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products, reported within 24 hours with photo proof. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Product Availability
   In case a product goes out of stock after purchase, we’ll contact you for an exchange or refund.
6. Use of Customer Photos
   With your permission, we may use customer photos (e.g., unboxing or product use) for our social media and marketing content.
7. Social Media Conduct
   We encourage feedback and open communication on our social media platforms. However, abusive language, spamming, false claims, or misleading links will not be tolerated. Such actions may result in comment deletion, user blocking, and legal action in case of defamation or reputational harm.
8. COD Misuse
   Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders without reason may result in order restrictions or account blocking.
